We have over 10 years of experience cleaning windows starting our own company 3 years ago in the Ottawa area. We are two brothers that had a vision to stay busy during our summers off school and put a smile on peoples faces while making their home look new. Tate has over 6 years of exterior home cleaning experience. He created Urban Property Management in 2019 to help homeowners get time back in their day and to enjoy their home stress-free. Tate was born and raised in Ottawa Valley and plays minor pro hockey in the winter!

Introducing Travis, a savvy business graduate from Algonquin College. Over the past two years, he's been instrumental in propelling Urban Property Management, his brother's brainchild, into a booming exterior cleaning company in Ottawa. Introducing Declan Flanagan, one of our very talented window cleaners. Declan is a Michigan Dearborn graduate on a hockey scholarship. When he's in Ottawa, Declan pitches in at Urban Property Management, balancing work with his busy off season.
